You can delete your Player 2 account at any time.
Delete your account yourself
This is the fastest way, and it takes effect right away.
- In the Player 2 app: open Settings, tap Advanced, then tap Delete account.
- On the web: sign in, open Settings, choose Advanced, then choose Delete account.
Can't sign in? Send us a request
Enter the email address on your Player 2 account. If you remember your username, add it too. Before we delete anything, we will email that address to confirm the request came from you.
When an account is deleted, we delete or de-identify the personal information linked to it, except where we are required to keep it. Our Privacy Policy explains what we delete and what we keep.
